Ubuntu Netbook: First impressions

Torchlight

As I’ve made a new section for games screenshots on Flickr I’ve started to add things to it. At the moment there are only a couple of sets, but keep an eye out as I will update them as a when I play stuff (and remember to take screenshots). For today, I’ve made a set for Runic Games fantastic Torchlight.

Torchlight is an RPG from some of the guys who worked on the original Diablo games, and it certainly had that same addictiveness about it. Anyone who is a fan of dungeon crawling loot-em-ups should definitely check this out. Currently it is around £15 on steam, but it seems to go on sale pretty much every other week, so keep an eye out.

The team who made Torchlight are currently working on an MMO version, I’m not sure how I feel about that, as co-op play like Diablo seems the more logical route to take.
